This is to acknowledge that we are in receipt of your notice whereby you informed us that the goods shipped to you on February 23, 2019 did not conform to the agreement we have signed on July 14, 2018. We regret the mistake on our part, and have already started a thorough investigation so that the same mistake will never take place in the future.
While we recognize that the time for performing the work under this agreement has expired, we are requesting that you extend the time to April 20, 2019 so that we may cure the defect by replacing the shipment with goods that conform to our agreement.
